Invitation to Tender - Communication and Visibility Materials

BUDGET AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Annual budget estimation for the variety of services is as follows:

Interested suppliers may submit a tender proposal based on the type of services their business provides.

The framework agreement will start from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 and is subject to extension up to
4 years. The payment will be settled monthly basis.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
