You have the same values. For vacancies we ask, depending on the position, vocational, higher or academic education level. And specific knowledge and field experience. You can find these requirements in each vacancy.
We are a bi-lingual organization. If you apply we expect you to have a good command of the Dutch and English language. Depending on the position the focus could be more on Dutch or English. For some positions French and Portuguese are required.

The Oxfam Novib Academy brings the knowledge, energy and expertise of young professionals together. By collaborating with universities, independent researches and new insights we optimize the work of Oxfam Novib. The Oxfam Novib Academy brings theory, practice, personal and professional development together in a fun and educational internship.
