DEPARTMENT PURPOSE: The CLV Cluster is comprised of three countries i.e. Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. TEAM PURPOSE: Provide effective and efficient operational and technical across the 3 countries Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam to achieve its IT goals. JOB PURPOSE: To assist program and support functions with the best quality of IT services for Oxfam in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam in accordance with technical IT standard and following the guidance of Information Systems Department (ISD). To ensure IT systems in the office are compatible and adapt to the new corporate requirements and to provide training and up-to-date information to staff to operate new systems and packages where required. Provide effective and timely support and technical assistance to CLV (especially for Cambodia and Laos) on IT related works, IT system management and maintenance by collaborating with all IT experts/managers of all levels. |
