AIDA is supported by a professional Secretariat and governed by an Executive Committee (ExCom), which is elected by and from its member organisations.
AIDA strengthens the collective influence and relevance of international NGOs, together with their national partners, in the oPt, by leading collective advocacy, coordinating to address operational challenges, and promoting programming effectiveness and quality.
