Consultants for the Masarouna End Evaluation

Seeking a team of experienced consultants for the Masarouna End Evaluation, funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The budget is €210,000 (excl. VAT) with proposals due 31 Jan 2025 and the final report expected by Feb 2026. In the MENA region, where securing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) is especially challenging, the Masarouna “Our Pathway” Programme mobilises the power of young people, for collective action to support their fight for greater freedom of choice and respect for their SRHR through new and innovative pathways for change. The evaluation will focus on effectiveness, coherence and sustainability, and guided by the following principles: Gender transformative approach, Intersectionality, Meaningful youth engagement, Inclusivity, and Conflict sensitivity.
